Grand Cuvée Rouge

Color: Resplendent black color with garnet reflections

Nose: Fine and complex, woody, and spicy, it is enhanced with notes of black fruits

Mouth: A complex, finely wooded wine with many spices. Long and silky, it develops notes of réglise and black fruits.

This wine will accompany your red meats, game meats and spicy sauces. Also goes very well with your character cheeses. To be served between 16 and 18

Keeps for 8 to 10 years.

Grape varieties: Syrah (60%) Grenache (40%)

Soil: Clay-limestone and rolled pebbles

Vinification: Manual harvest and sorting by plot

Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels.
