Grand Cuvée Blanc

Color: A beautiful pale color with green highlights.

Nose/Mouth: The slight acidity and freshness will allow you to appreciate the aromas of white fruits and yellow fruits

To drink as an aperitif and with your fish. Also goes very well with your meats and blue-veined cheeses. Serve between 12 and 14. Keep for up to three years.

Vintage: 2022

Grape varieties: Roussanne (60%) and Marsanne (40%)

Soil: Rolled pebbles

Vinification: Direct pressing, cold settling, fermentation in French oak barrels and stirring.

Aging: 8 months in selected 400L French oak barrels.
